DESCRIPTION: This position is with my Financial advisory client. It is 
in a small team that sits between the electronic marketing business 
units and the web development and support group. It is a JUNIOR 
position, though candidates looking to reposition themselves out of a 
web developer role with the right personality and general background 
will be considered. It is an analytic and tactical role, with an eye 
toward growing into a strategic role. Candidates should have strong PC 
skills, The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, giving 
attention to each by priority, i.e., planning and prioritizing work 
across multiple small initiatives. Excellent written and oral 
communication skills are required in order to produce high quality 
project-related deliverables according to project plan (requirements 
documentation, process maps, swimlane diagrams, test scripts). The 
ability to work well in cross-functional teams with resources at all 
levels is also essential.

The Electronic Marketing Analyst develops business and functional 
requirements and provides user support for the domestic Retail Mutual 
fund public web sites.  Additionally, this role provides analysis 
support for internal Visual Communications projects on an as needed basis.

The responsibilities inclued project documentation; user acceptance 
testing; and ongoing support activities.
