A bit late, not sure if you've made your choice as yet. Sending this 
offlist cause the topic has probably moved off the radar by now.

I recently set up an email hosting account with them too, had the same 
issue Jason Handby described. Ended up having to cancel the account.

I host several of my sites over at f2o.org - Daniel Cody is a founder of 
evolt. Give him a shout. They're pretty flexible over there, I've had one 
site online since Jan this year with no outages I'm aware of. The best 
thing for me is that Dan personally handles support emails, very promptly. 
You don't feel like you're just another account number.
