you can do a live chat with rackspace through their website. their
support is 100%.
from memory, their linux boxes come pre-installed with RHEL 4,
(enterprize version of fedora) and (as far as i know) the config
you're looking for, but other s/w install you have to do/manage
yourself..

fyi, you can (generally) install RPMs for other "fedora"s (or ELs),
for example, a FC4 package will generally happily install on FC2.

rackspace are pricey but their support has been excellent, including
re-installing stuff after stupid user errors.
