it does reflection, 
it decompiles the classes that you use (like JAD for java if you have
used that before)
You can see which methods they have, what the code in them are actually doing.
May be it does more that I am unaware of.

I have not used it too much so I do not have very much to comment;
however it is a useful tool and it should be something to keep in your
inventory, definitely.
