[thelist] Is this regex possible?

Hi all

I'm trying to do something in a regex, but I'm not actually sure if  
it's possible.  What I want to do is to change the letters 'CS' to  
'customer service' but if those letters come at the beginning of a  
sentence then the transformation should be 'Customer service'.  I'd  
be looking to run this in Dreamweaver's find+replace as that's the  
only thing I have available to me at work that can handle regexes :(
