Right...more or less what I'm saying. There are
business reasons for using css vs. tables as well,
which is really how you have to approach it if you're
going to convince companies to start changing their
coding practices - ie - if we do this, it will save us
X amount of dollars.

For example, if you're doing business online in China,
it's necessary to reduce the size of the pages down to
something exceptable over dialup. By replacing huge
table structures (loaded on every page request), with
a few divs, controlled by a slim css (only loaded
once). Then you can really see the bandwidth savings.

A site like eBay could save millions on bandwidth and
server expenses alone, and make those over dialup that
much happier in the meantime.
