Overall, the site looks good.

But, holy meta tags batman!  and a lot of them aren't even in the right 
char set...

meta tags for SEO is a thing of the past for the most part...
having 500 key words will probably hurt you more than anything.

-lots of tables where a table really isn't needed...
-classes on divs that aren't re-used, and would probably be better 
suited for an ID instead.
-lots of depreciated elements (like <font>).  even though you're in 
html4, its still a bad idea to use font tags.  make a class in the 
stylesheet.  it will make for later changes so much easier.
-frames.  i needn't say more.
-why are your asian site versions still mostly in english?  whats the point?
