It's like your example message board in that it has no user control per
se, but he has built into it a number of flood controls and filters that
at least takes away a bit of the work involved with this style of BB.
Did one for a Church web site, and they liked it except for it's like
any of this style; in that there *will* need to be someone doing deletes
and keeping up with it on a daily basis.
