[thelist] classic asp: string contains

I'm re-doing someone else's code in classis asp.  Can someone remind me, how 
do you check if a string contains certain text?

I need to know if the string Sub_Type (equal to "ChamberHistoric 
HotelTourism")  contains "Historic Hotel"

Of course it does, but how does one parse this out?
