I've recently been trying a couple of different trackers. Of course AWStats is the best free tool out there right now. But if you want to pay a few $ a month you might want to check out Open Tracker http://www.opentracker.net/index.jsp If you have a larger budget check out Click Tracks http://www.clicktracks.com/ As far as I can tell this is the most advanced tracking system out there.
