Tucows / OpenSRS isn't a US company, but they are great. I've been
using them since 2000.

with gandi.net. I've been a bit put off by their technology not

I want one place to have all my domains which has a friendly and
effective online control panel, the whole deal. Also want an established
company, not a new one - and preferably a U.S. company.

I use 123-Reg[1] for all my domains, never had any problems with them
and their prices seem very competitive. They don't meet your
preference of being a U.S. company though, but if that's only
something you'd like rather than a specific requirement then I'd
definitely recommend them.
