[thelist] Include problem

If I have an include in the database;

<!-- include file="foo/bar.asp" -->

And I get this with a query and include it my page the line shows up in the
source but does not process. Is there an issue with getting includes in this
fashion (W2K server, IIS 5)? There are other includes hard coded into the
page that work as expected.
