[thelist] Detecting, and Controlling User Experience in SharePoint

Can you tell that I'm new to SharePoint Services?

 

The powers that be would like these reports I'm generating to be user
specific. They don't want the employees filtering the data to just them
or for anyone else for that matter. Is there anyway to do this? I'm not
finding much on the internet nor the help docs.
