[thelist] MSSQL - list of 'date last updated' for all tables in a db?

Is it possible to view or output the 'last updated' date for all the
tables in a MSSQL db? I'm merging two databases, and one has 100 tables,
nearly all of which are never used.

I think.

Other than querying each table individually and looking for the most
recent updated record, is there a better way?
