[thelist] adding comments

Hello,

Can anybody tell me why it takes so long for posted
comments to actually appear on the website? I'm
speaking of the PHP Login System article in
particular, I don't know if it applies to all
articles. Are they each being manually reviewed or
something?? It's frustrating as it delays feedback.
