My own 0.2 cents would be to find a cnew colour palette. These colours
communicate "grape juice" to me and not wine. I have never seen wine that
is this colour.

Agreed. Try finding a colour that better represents wine, and then play
with it's shading.

But I like the clean look that you are going for, and the leaf
illustration in the third concept works really well.
