Hi Ben,

I could recommend you "Mastering Regular Expressions" by Jeffrey Friedl, but 
only if you are really interested into subject, cause it is not recipes book 
(there is a lot of material within this book that you may not really need 
e.g. type of regexp engines, chepters for specific languages java, js, 
perl,c#, optimizing etc)
