Regarding this, Joe Clark suggests [1] (and I agree) that reset buttons 
have no place on public web forms, and are destructive for usability.

Is there a consensus that reset buttons are bad practice and should not 
be used, or has anyone any sensible benefits to point out that may have 
eluded notice? Like, a once-in-a-blue-moon scenario perhaps?
