[thelist] cd burner problem

Hello Mighty Vast Cornucopia of Knowledge:

I have a client who has managed to screw something up so her CD burner won't
burn.  She gets an error that says Access Denied.  Any ideas what she might
have done?  She can read CDs on the drive fine, just can't write to it.
