A couple of thoughts.

Is she connecting to the site via some kind of network address
translation (NAT) or proxy? If the document is large then could it be
that her connection through the NAT to the server is timing out and
closing before a response comes back? That might explain the
"communication error" message.

Documents above a certain size could take long enough to upload for
something to timeout -- either the web server, or some NAT router or
proxy on the way. If her PC is notably older and slower than the others
in the office then it might be taking longer for her, which might
explain why she's having problems and they are not...


Things like this are a real pain to track down. Good luck!
