There is a feature that does that -- the blacklist. There you can specify
terms and words that if they appear in a comment, that comment is
immediately sent to either moderation or just deleted.

If you are looking for a plug-in, try Spam Karma 2. It is about the best
that I have seen. I use it on my site and reduced the comment spam from
50-100 comments a day to virtually zero. I still get the odd one through
every few months or so.
