and animated/interactive materials for corporate clients and public
bodies including Pearson plc, MottMacDonald, QCA, DfES and Capita.  We
have been running for 9 years.

Job description
The role covers responsibility for development and maintenance of
(X)HTML/CSS websites, online applications, Flash coding and CD-ROM
creation, working closely with designers, animators and other
developers.

You will be confident and able to communicate well within project teams
and with clients.  You will be able to generate and describe technical
solutions in writing, and explain them to non-technical people.

You will have worked to WAI accessibility standards and be familiar with
using CSS 1 and 2, to deliver robust interfaces that closely follow the
graphic designs.  You will be familiar with cross-browser testing.

You will be able to carry out some management of *NIX servers, such as
apache configuration and compiling and installing software.

You will be capable and self-motivated, able to manage your own time and
manage subcontractors, ensuring the technical completion of your
projects to deadline and to a high quality.


Skills range
Perl, CSS, PHP, MySQL, XML-DOM, XPath, HTML, XHTML, javascript, Flash
actionscript, WAI compliance, *NIX.

A relevant degree, experience with open source content management
systems, server management, mac and pc support, are all advantageous
