[thelist] Cannot Compute Sales Tax

Hi,
I'm new to Commerce, but It seems as though I'm having pipeline errors: 
We are unable to process your request: 
Unable to complete order: cannot compute tax. 
Please go back and correct the error and try again.
This only happens when a shopper orders something on the web in the same
state we have a warehouse. Any ideas?
