Is that a rhetorical question?  I'd say yes.  I agree with Manuel Lemos'
definition he recently posted[0]:

By that definition, a wiki is a great example of web 2.0.  But I guess if
you gotta have drag-drop GUI tidbits, mediawiki might not do it for you.
