you can do this to fix the alignment except for the radio and checkboxes, 
I'm still looking for a solution to that

input.text, select, textarea, input.file{
	float: left;
}

also you're using XHTML, make sure to close your tags, e.g.(<br> should be 
<br /> and <input> should be <input />)
