Just an update -- looks like we're either going to set up a second
server as a mail-only server (using Postfix or Qmail rather than our
current Exim) and have our host configure it, or use the BBounce
subscription service. There doesn't seem to be an
easy-to-learn-for-the-server-impaired method.
