[thelist] semantics: h1 for titlebar?

Thought I'd run this by you. So what are peoples feelings on how to
mark up an application titlebar. This is the application name. In one
sense it is the primary heading for a screen, but its also very
redundant. The real primary header is the header that describes what a
particular screen does: e.g. Search Results.

Is it even a header at all?
