My suggestion would be, whatever works best for you.  I keep nuggets of
styles in a personal database so when I have a specific project, I can
search for and implement specific styles.  I order them based on the
needs of the specific project since I typically have been "lone gunman"
and not part of a team.  And yes, comments are built in.
