[thelist] C# Paging Stored Procedures

I've tried a mixture of different third-party scripts, from temp
tables to inline coding solutions instead of stored procedure based,
does anyone have any on-hand to recommend?

Also, I used to have a third-party control for the dataview, which
supported paging but without the damned postback, meaning a good thing
in that it wasn't reloading the dataset each time -- if anyone has
this or remembers the developers URI, I would be grateful.
