It's almost impossible to say without a better idea of how web-savvy
they are and/or what they're interested in. Any chance you could ask the
kids for suggestions/ideas/questions prior to the workshop? That would
at least help to give you a general idea of what their comfort level is
and what topics would be interesting to the majority of them.
