[thelist] format for video?

To get it to you in anything besides a VHS or DVD dub, she would need
some sort of video capture equipment on her PC. If she can get it onto a
DVD it shouldn't be too hard to copy the video in question out of the
VOBs on that DVD (Thoggen for GNU variants comes to mind, I'm sure
something similar exists for Windows boxes).

I'm sure she'll have to take it to someone to have it converted or captured.
She wouldn't have the software (neither do I). She mentioned going to dvd,
bu tI'd like her to get it to me in a form that would be easiest for me to
deal with, if possible.
