That dialog will not come up if you do not have a password saved for 
that host+domain, i.e. http://www.example.com != http://example.com in 
the FF password manager.

On a tangent: though it is empty by default, it's probably a good idea 
to secure your FF password manager with a "master password."  Something 
I always urge my clients to do once I convince them to switch to FF...  :)
