[thelist] Mailing list for schema/query design?

Hello everyone,
  I've been mulling over a challenge of schema and/or query design for a while, and was wondering if anybody knew of a mailing list or something that I could join to discuss such issues?
  If appropriate, I could post my challenge here - but as its not strictly web-related I wanted to err on the side of caution.
