In our case we don't need to block out time per say as we can pretty much
act at our clients beck and call anyway. We just need to be getting away
from, or paid for, the 'I forgot my email password again' and 'they do our
website so they will know how to fix our PCs' type calls.

A good portion of my clients, the ones that I have worked with for a long
time, have liked this approach. It helps that they make changes to their
sites on a monthly basis, so they see the value.

I think you're maybe talking more in terms of a maintenance contract here
for your client's to update their sites. This is also something I would
like to offer our clients but getting information out of most of them is
like blood from a stone. That said we do actually have one or two clients
who use their Content Management Systems regularly and a few who call to
update their sites every month or so.
