Hmm, I don't see the I() function you are referring to - I updated the
links.txt file to include the whole php template file. Sorry, should have
included the output: here it is (removed a couple of small irrelevant pieces
to simplify it - a header and an empty div block:)

<div id="wrapper-header">
    <div id="header">
    <ul class="links primary-links">
        <li class="first menu-1-1-2"><span><a href="/ministries" title="Our
Teaching Ministries" class="menu-1-1-2">Ministries</a></span></li>
        <li class="menu-1-2-2"><span><a href="/radio-wyll-1160-am"
title="Our Radio Program on WYLL 1160 in Chicago"
        <li class="menu-1-3-2"><span><a href="/articles" title="Bible
Studies" class="menu-1-3-2">Bible Studies</a></span></li>
        <li class="menu-1-4-2"><span><a href="/event" title="Dates and Times
for Ministry Events" class="menu-1-4-2">Event Calendar</a></span></li>
        <li class="menu-1-5-2"><span><a href="/store"
        <li class="menu-1-6-2"><span><a href="/about" title="About Cross and
Throne Ministries" class="menu-1-6-2">About Us</a></span></li>
        <li class="last menu-1-7-2"><span><a href="/contact" title="Contact
Us" class="menu-1-7-2">Contact</a></span></li>
    </div><!-- /header -->
</div><!-- /wrapper-header -->
