[thelist] YUI Scrolling Anchors

Hi all,

I am using YUI  to creating a smooth scrolling anchor animation as described
in this techfoolery article (
http://techfoolery.com/archives/2006/08/11/2021/ ).

As someone points out in the comments, the animation works fine for moving
down the page, but links that move upward (In IE 6 and IE 7 but not firefox)
jerk to the top of the page and then scroll to the desired location. Anybody
have any idea on how to fix this?
