..which is definitely a Good Thing, but there's no magic -- it's just a
bunch of defined comment tags; once you've seen what they are, it's
easy to add them to a page with any text editor...

But DW does offer associated management capabilities, so if you're
going to implement Contribute very widely, it's probably a worthwhile
investment. Assuming you're on a supported platform, of course :-)
