Hi Joel,

Getting 'use rights' may be a PITA, but many State Transportation
Departments have construction photos of various kinds and sizes.

Might be easiest to just grab your camera and go shoot a few.  (Hint:
Shouting "Free Beer" may get them to look into the camera!)  ;-P
