Sounds like you're on Windows, but just for the record...

There is a brand spankin' new editor for OS X called Coda --  
basically allows text editing, CSS GUI, local and remote preview,  
terminal, and documentation in an integrated tabbed interface.

Worth checking out for Mac users.
