You cannot be %100 sure, because spam-filters are both frequency, keyword and user-preference dependent The 4-5 second delay takes care of the frequency part. As I said no method is %100 reliable. OTOH, if you do your homework well and send "double opt-in" newsletters, I'm sure your success ratio will increase.
