[thelist] CSS-Based page loading SLOWER than table-based page?

Viewing these locally or semi-locally (as I imagine you're doing, based on
load times) shouldn't have this large of a discrepancy in load time.

First, triple check that absolutely nothing is being cached in either test.
That really doesn't appear to be the culprit, but certainly worth
confirming.

Second, how about posting your CSS? The execution might be affecting how
server requests are being made.
