[thelist] Stuck Using AND in ASP

I cant figure this out.
Any help is appreciated.

I want to write:

if vidid=1 then
url="http://SecurityHi.html" & mytitle="Protect your PC"
end if
%>

But it chokes on the mytitle.

What am I missing?
