Thanks Joel.  That did the trick - 
It seems since Crystal came with Visual Studio all that has to be done is register it with them.  Then because it's going to be used inhouse there's no additional cost or software needed.

er, I don't mean at your company, I mean at Crystal. If you're in the
US, call +1 866 681 3435 and just ask them for licensing help.
