[thelist] Good Mid-Range CMS Options?

Sorry I forgot to mention that we're looking for vendor software, since
we're going to need a bunch of help, consulting, and support.

And also, we're going to be running on a .NET platform, so PHP is sort of
out of the question (needs to be .NET or Platform-Independent)
