If your application (or your clients application for that matter)
includes third-party libraries and components that are GPL licensed,
doing so is _mandatory_. 

As long as you include GPL'ed code, you have to release your code using
the GPL license as well, which includes the public availability of the
source code. If you don't want that, you can't include GPL'ed code.
That's the deal.
