Here's a single screenshot and the source from which it was made that, taken
together with the pages to which the source links:

1-demonstrates the misplaced column on your site, which constitutes layout
and usability breakage, which amount to a broken manifestation of what you
call layout stability, even though you "could not find any article in this
regard on the internet"
2-demonstrates how your content could be restyled so those columns will stay
side by side
3-demonstrates how those columns could be maintained at a friendly reading
width rather than narrowing to a difficult to read 3 words or less per line
as happens on your site now
4-demonstrates that your #splash content starts to disappear behind #left
content when text is enlarged enough
5-demonstrates advantages of using em over using px to set container widths
when adaptability, usability, accessibility and layout stability that is
sustained across a wide range of resolutions are all site design requirements
6-demonstrates how much better a nav column can look when no list items wrap
onto more than one line
7-other problems with http://cssfreelancer.awardspace.com/ I won't bother to
mention
