Davoud,
There is no reason to serve different styles to different browsers
based on the user agent. Why are you trying to do this? Did you not
see my response regarding IE conditional comments?

The user agent cannot be trusted. Opera and Firefox can easily be set
to send different user agents. I do it all the time when testing
things. You can even set Firefox to tell the browser it's iPhone.
