Looks fine to me on Mac OS X 10.5.1 using Firefox and Safari  

A few things though:

1. As Nan Harbison said, the "Representatives" link results in a 404  

2. I agree with Nan about the need to better separate the questions  
from the answers on the FAQ page.

3. Your pages don't validate because none of the <img> tags have been  
supplied with an alt attribute.

4. You should set a max-width to the body text that matches the width  
of the header, not the width of the window. On wide, high-resolution  
screens, your page becomes hard to read.
