[thelist] outlook express problem

the navigation bar in my outlook exress has disappearred!!

I cannot access any mail that came in thru a message rule, and I cannot move 
what is in my inbox to other folders.

Other change noted: there is now a plaxo bar at the top, which I never asked 
for nor ok'd.

Aparently some plaxo upgrade came in and installed itself. I have written to 
plaxo, but (unless you pay for it) their help line is 48 hours.

please write to me directly, oktellme at earthlink.net to avoid your letter 
hitting a message rule.

how do I get my navbar back? Any advice on how I can get rid of the plaxo 
bar?
