Thank you SO much for explaining this to me. I did not see the scroll bars
appearing and disappearing. I added the <br />'s in a frenzied, desperate,
immediate attempt to get the page long enough to match the nav column on the
left. My deadline to finish this site was yesterday! I really hate rushing.

Hi Nan,

It seems that it is still happening, the reason why this happens is because
when I mouse-over a blue dot, the scrollbar of the page appears, which makes
the page width about 18px smaller, meaning that your center position has
about 9px difference with the 'original' center position.

This is probably something that people see who use the same browser and have
the same resolution (i have 1280*1024)

For the fix you should either make sure that there is always a scrollbar, of
simply by removing all the <br />'s so you don't have the scrollbar present
at all (which to me looks much nicer)
